2021年辽宁省蚊虫监测分析

摘要 目的了解辽宁省2021年蚊虫密度、种类构成和季节消长情况,为蚊虫防治提供科学依据.方法采用诱蚊灯法于2021年5-10月在辽宁14个市开展蚊虫监测,每月2次,使用Excel 2010和SPSS 23.0软件进行数据统计分析.结果2021年辽宁省蚊虫总平均密度为42.72只/(灯·夜),背点伊蚊为优势种群,占捕获总数的35.37%,其后依次为淡色库蚊(23.85%)、中华按蚊(19.57%)和刺扰伊蚊(10.40%).不同生境蚊虫密度以牲畜棚最高,达154.75只/(灯·夜),居民区最低,为5.50只/(灯·夜).全省各监测点蚊虫密度营口最高,密度为190.67只/(灯·夜);其次为盘锦,密度为59.32只/(灯·夜);大连最低,密度仅为2.10只/(灯·夜).蚊虫密度季节消长趋势呈双峰曲线,分别在6月上旬和8月上旬达到高峰,峰值密度分别为104.55和81.61只/(灯·夜).不同生境蚊虫密度季节消长差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=24.230,P<0.05).结论基本掌握了辽宁省蚊虫种类构成、密度及季节消长情况,建议各地进行蚊虫防治时,应根据监测结果采取有针对性的综合控制措施. Objective To understand the density,species composition and seasonal fluctuation of mosquitoes in Liaoning Province in 2021,so as to provide scientific basis for mosquito control.Methods Mosquito monitoring was carried out in 14 cities of Liaoning from May to October 2021 using the mosquito trap method twice a month,and the data were statistically analyzed with Excel 2010 and SPSS 23.0 software.Results In 2021,the total average density of mosquito was 42.72 mosquitoes/(light·night)in Liaoning Province.Aedes dorsalis was the dominant species,accounting for 35.37%of the total captured,followed by Culex pipiens pallens(23.85%),Anopheles sinensis(19.57%)and Aedes vexans(10.40%).The highest mosquito density was 154.75 mosquitoes/(light·night)in livestock sheds,and the lowest was 5.50 mosquitoes/(lamp·night)in residential areas.Among the mosquito density surveillance sites in the province,Yingkou held the highest density as 190.67 mosquitoes/(lamp·night),followed by Panjin as 59.32 mosquitoes/(light·night),while Dalian held the lowest as 2.10 mosquitoes/(light·night).The seasonal fluctuation trend of mosquito density showed a bimodal curve with one peak,104.55mosquitoes/(light·night),in early June,and the other peak,81.61 mosquitoes/(light·night),in early August.There was a statistical difference in the seasonal variation of mosquito density among habitats(χ^(2)=24.230,P<0.05).Conclusion This study helps to gain a better understanding of the species composition,density and seasonal fluctuation of mosquitoes in Liaoning Province.It is suggested that targeted comprehensive control measures should be taken according to the surveillance results.
