级配碎石基层沥青路面材料优化研究

摘要 为缓解级配碎石基层沥青路面上面层所发生病害,优化级配碎石基层沥青路面材料应用效果。本文分别对AC-13、AC-20和AC-25进行级配设计;通过马歇尔试验检测各级配类型混合料最佳油石比;通过测定混合料抗车辙性能和动态模量性能综合评定不同类型沥青混合料应用效果。结果表明,掺加0.35%PE抗车辙剂对提升沥青混合料抗车辙性能效果显著,高模量沥青混凝土适合用于需要优异低温性和水稳定性的沥青路面。 In order to alleviate the surface diseases of graded macadam base asphalt pavement,the appli-cation effect of graded macadam base asphalt pavement material was optimized.In this paper,AC-13,AC-20 and AC-25 are designed respectively.Marshall test was used to detect the best ratio of oil to stone for each type of mixture.The application effect of different types of asphalt mixture was evaluated by measur-ing the rutting resistance and dynamic modulus of the mixture.The results show that the addition of 0.35%PE anti-rutting agent has a significant effect on the anti-rutting performance of asphalt mixture,and the high modulus asphalt mixture is suitable for the asphalt surface with good low temperature performance and water stability.
