“双碳”背景下医院建筑节水措施研究

摘要 医院是面向社会群众提供医疗服务的公共机构之一,通常全年24 h处于高负荷运行状态,在运营过程中往往需要消耗大量水资源,在节水方面拥有巨大潜力。近年来,我国积极推行“双碳”政策,并持续加大投入力度建设“智慧医院”,为医院优化服务、完善管理奠定了良好基础。这一形势下,医院想要实现提质增效目标,就要积极探索绿色化发展路径,遵循因地制宜基本原则,结合自身发展现状和发展需求,协调好经济效益和生态效益之间的关系,尽可能减少水资源的不必要消耗和浪费,通过编写并落实医院用水计划方案、对医院能源计量系统进行优化、建设雨水集蓄系统或再生水利用系统、对医院能源计量系统进行优化等方式,为医院用能转型奠定良好基础。所以,以复旦大学附属华山医院为例,探索用水与节水的管理措施,旨在为医院可持续发展助力。 As one of the public institutions providing medical services to the public,hospitals are usually in a state of high-load operation within 24 hours all the year long.As a matter of fact,a lot of water resources are needed to guarantee the normal operation of the hospital.Therefore,there exists great potential in water saving of the hospitals.Recently,Chinese government actively implements the“double carbon”policy,and continues to increase the investment in the construction of“smart hospitals”,which has laid a good foundation for optimizing hospital serveries and improving management.In order to achieve the goal of improving quality and efficiency,it is necessary for hospitals to actively explore the green development path,follow the basic principle of adapting to local conditions,combine their own development status and development needs,coordinate the relationship between economic and ecological benefits,reduce unnecessary consumption and waste of water resources as much as possible,and prepare and implement hospital water using plans for laying a solid foundation for the hospital energy transformation,which includes the optimization of hospital energy metering system,construction of rainwater storage system or recycled water utilization system,optimization of hospital energy metering system and so on.Thus,taking Huashan Hospital affiliated to Fudan University as an example,it explores water using and saving management measures with a view to help guarantee the sustainable development of the hospital.
