摘要
本文以北京某三级甲等综合性医院为例,利用能耗监管系统,对医院水系统按用水组成和楼宇进行同比、环比分析,总结医院用水特点,找出重点用水单元,并对其采取相关节水措施。通过开展节能宣传活动,改变人员传统用水观念,提升节能意识。技术和管理双管齐下,提升医院水系统运行精细化管理水平,实现技术节水与行为节水的双重目标。
The article took a tertiary comprehensive hospital as the example and conducted comparison analysis of the water consumption of different uses and buildings on year-on-year basis.It concluded the characteristics of water use in the hospital,identified the key unit and implemented water-saving measures on it.Publicity on water saving was carried out to change the traditional idea of using water and improve the awareness of water saving among the staff.Both technology and management were optimized to improve the level of fine management for water system in the hospital and realize the goal of technical and behavioral water saving.
