摘要
为了满足高精度温度测量的要求,对铂电阻测温采用专用函数和补偿函数进行修正。专用函数修正后,铂电阻温度计温度测量偏差由原来最大的-0.9578℃缩小到了-0.1220℃,温度偏差的均方差由原来的0.6198缩小到0.0715;通过补偿函数修正后,铂电阻温度计温度测量偏差由原来最大的-0.9555℃缩小到了-0.1017℃,测量精度由原来的B级精度提高到全量程±0.11℃(优于AA级精度)以内,温度偏差的均方差由原来的0.6198缩小到0.0576。两种方案均提高了铂电阻温度计的测量精度,实现了全量程温度偏差的均匀化处理,达到了实际工程应用的要求。
In order to meet the requirements of high precision temperature measurement,the special function and compensation function are used to modify the platinum resistance temperature measurement.Modified by a special function,the temperature measurement deviation of the platinum resistance thermometer is reduced from the original maximum of-0.9578℃to-0.122℃,and the mean variance of the temperature deviation is reduced from the original 0.6198℃to 0.0715℃;Modified by the compensation function,the output temperature deviation of the platinum resistance thermometer is reduced from the original-0.9555℃to-0.1017℃,the measuring accuracy is improved from the original B level to within±0.11℃(better than AA accuracy)of the full range,the mean variance of temperature deviation is reduced from 0.6198 to 0.0576.The measurement accuracy of platinum resistance thermometers is improved and the full range temperature deviation is homogenized,reaches the requirement of practical engineering application.
