摘要
文章利用扎根理论的方法,对20家档案单位的会议交流以及质性研究资料,通过开放式编码、主轴编码、选择性编码和理论饱和度检验等多个步骤,借助NVivol4软件,归纳出了用户对档案系统功能需求度最高的21个子范畴和8个主范畴,并形成了4个维度,同时构建了用户档案管理系统功能需求的BOPN模型。结果表明用户针对档案管理系统功能的需求反映出基础性、优化性、保护性、规范性特征,这些特征对于设计和开发档案系统时需要充分考虑,以切实满足用户的实际需求。
Using the method of grounded theory,the paper studied meetings and qualitative research data of 20 archival units,through open coding,principal axis coding.selective coding and theoretical saturation test and other steps,with the help of NVivol4 software,it summarized the 21 subcategories and 8 main categories with the highest degree of users'demand for archive system functions,and formed 4 dimensions,and constructed the BOPN model of users'demand for archive management system functions at the same time.The results show that users'demands for archive management system functions reflect basic,optimized,protected and standardized characteristics,which need to be taken into full consideration when designing and developing archive systems in order to effectively meet users'actual needs.
