摘要
钟启腾教授是广东省名中医,对各类肝病的中医诊治积累了丰富的临床经验。钟教授以整体观念为核心,在概括历代医家对于肝病的生理病理认识和肝病诊治经验的基础上,总结出以中医学整体观念为核心的治肝疗法,验于临床,行之有效。现拟通过本项目探讨清肝利胆泻下法、清肝利湿健脾法、养阴柔肝活血法、养肝化痰散结法、疏肝行气调经法,并结合1则医案详细分析钟教授以整体观念为核心的治肝疗法在辨证论治慢性乙型病毒性肝炎肝纤维化中的运用。
Professor Zhong Qiteng is a famous TCM doctor in Guangdong Province,who has accumulated rich clinical experience in TCM diagnosis and treatment of various liver diseases.On the basis of summarizing the physiological and pathological understanding of liver disease and the experience in pattern identifying and treating liver disease of doctors from all dynasties,Professor Zhong summed up liver treatment methods based on the holism of TCM,which have been proven effective in clinical practice.Through this project,we plan to explore liver-clearing bile-draining purgative method,liverclearing dampness-draining spleen-fortifying method,yin-tonifying liver-emolliating blood-activating method,liver-nourishing phlegm-resolving binds-dissipating method,liver-soothing qi-moving menstruation-regulating method,and analyze in detail the application of Professor Zhong Qiteng's liver treatment method based on the holism in liver fibrosis caused by chronic hepatitis B combined with one medical case.
