摘要
目的探讨预防跌倒与坠床护理管理模式在神经内科的应用效果。方法研究对象选自2021年8月—2023年7月于神经内科住院的480例患者。将患者分为两组,接受传统预防跌倒与坠床护理措施的240例患者纳入对照组,接受改良版预防跌倒与坠床护理措施的240例患者纳入观察组。比较两组干预前后跌倒与坠床发生率、患者预防跌倒与坠床安全知识掌握率及护理满意度。结果观察组患者跌倒与坠床发生率为0,对照组跌倒与坠床发生率1.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者安全知识掌握率为95.41%,对照组患者安全知识掌握率70.83%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者在住院期间表示对我科护理工作的满意度为98.33%,对照组护理满意度为95.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论预防跌倒与坠床护理管理模式能够降低住院患者跌倒与坠床发生率,提高其安全知识掌握率,能动地减少或消除护理不安全因素,提高患者的护理满意度,减少护患纠纷,是一种实用的管理方法。
Objective To investigate the effect of nursing management mode on fall prevention and fall bed prevention in neurology department.Methods A total of 480 patients admitted to the Department of Neurology between August 2021 and July 2023 were selected for the study.The patients were divided into two groups.The 240 patients received traditional fall prevention and fall bed prevention nursing measures were incorporated the control group.The 240 patients received the modified fall prevention and fall bed prevention care were incorporated the observation group.The incidence of fall prevention and fall bed prevention,the mastery rate of patients'safety knowledge of fall prevention and fall bed prevention and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results The incidence of fall prevention and fall bed prevention in the observation group was 0,which was significantly lower than 1.67%in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The mastery rate of safety knowledge in observation group was 95.41%,which was significantly higher than 70.83%in control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The patients in the observation group's nursing satisfaction rate in our department during hospitalization was 98.33%,which was significantly higher than 95.00%of the control group's nursing satisfaction rate of,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusions The fall prevention and fall bed prevention nursing management mode can significantly reduce the incidence of fall prevention and fall bed prevention of inpatients,improve the mastery rate of safety knowledge,actively reduce or eliminate nursing unsafe factors,improve the nursing satisfaction rate of patients,reduce nursing disputes,and it is a practical management method.
