摘要
目的探讨风险管理在骨科患者预防跌倒与坠床中的应用效果。方法选取2016年6月至2017年5月在我院骨科住院的1260例患者为干预组,实施风险管理,包括成立风险管理小组、加强全员培训、识别高危患者、制定防范措施等。选取2015年6月至2016年5月骨科住院的1150例患者为对照组,实施常规管理。结果实施风险管理后,干预组患者跌倒发生率明显低于对照组(p<0.05),差异有统计学意义。两组患者均未发生坠床。干预组患者满意度明显高于对照组(p<0.05),差异有统计学意义。干预组患者护理投诉及纠纷明显低于对照组(p<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论在骨科实施风险管理能预防住院患者跌倒与坠床,提高患者满意度,减少护理投诉及纠纷。
Objective To explore the effect of risk management in the prevention of falls and falling bed in orthopedic patients. Methods From June 2016 to May 2017, 1260 patients in orthopedics department of our hospital were enrolled as the intervention group, and received risk management, including setting up risk management team, strengthening staff training, identifying high-risk patients, making preventive measures, etc. From June 2015 to May 2016, 1150 patients in orthopedics department were enrolled as the control group, and received the routine management. Results After the implementation of risk management, the incidence of falls in the intervention group was significantly lower than that in the control group（p〈0.05）, and the difference was statistically significant. None of the two groups had a case of falling bed. The satisfaction rate of the intervention group was significantly higher than that of the control group（p〈0.05）, and the difference was statistically significant. The nursing complaints and disputes in the intervention group were significantly lower than those in the control group（p〈0.05）, and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Risk management in orthopedics department can prevent inpatients falling down and falling bed, improve patients＇ satisfaction and reduce nursing complaints and disputes.
