摘要
中医认为糖尿病性下肢血管斑块性病变与中医学“岩症”在病因病机及发生发展过程有一定的相似之处,即痰浊-瘀血-岩积的形成。本文将以“岩症”的治疗思路为切入点,通过对糖尿病性下肢血管斑块性病变与“岩症”的发展的相关性分析,在治疗上试用中医治疗“岩症”的遣方用药思路治疗糖尿病性下肢血管斑块性病变,早期以化痰化浊为主,中期活血化瘀,后期破血攻凿“岩”性斑块,总结提出“痹岩同归”之理念,为临床治疗糖尿病性下肢血管斑块性病变提供一种新的思路。
Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the Plaque lesions of blood vessels of the lower extremities have certain similarities with Chinese medicine“rock disease”in the etiology and pathogenesis and development process,the formation of cloudy phlegm-congestion-lithra,This article will take the treatment idea of“rock disease”as the starting point,through the analysis of the correlation between diabetic plaque lesions of the lower extremities and the development of“petrosis”,In the treatment,try the idea of traditional Chinese medicine to treat“rock disease”to treat diabetic lower limb vascular plaque lesions,In the early stage,it mainly dissolved phlegm and turbidity,in the middle stage,it activated blood and dissolved stasis,and in the later stage,it broke blood to attack“rock”plaques,summarize the propose ideas of“Bi Yan Tong Gui”,it provides a new idea for the clinical treatment of diabetic lower limb vascular plaque lesions.
