摘要
张锡纯,清末民初著名医家,近现代中国中医学界的医学泰斗。其所著之《医学衷中参西录》乃中医理论与临床结合之范本,为临床上诊治诸多疾病提供了思路和方法。张锡纯运用“调冲理论”治疗不孕,创立“固冲汤”治疗妇女血崩、“寿胎丸”防治滑胎,均有很高的临床实用价值。作者通过研读、总结《医学衷中参西录》治疗女子癥瘕经验,并查阅文献了解梳理后世医家对张锡纯治疗女子癥瘕经验的运用及发挥,为临床上诊治女子癥瘕提供参考与借鉴。
ZHANG Xichun,a famous doctor in the late Qing Dynasty and the early Republic of China,is a medical master in the modern Chinese medicine industry.The book,which records of tradition Chinese and Western medicine in combi-nation,is a model of Chinese medicine theory combine with clinical,providing ideas and methods for clinical diagnosis and treatment of many diseases.ZHANG Xichun used“The theory of regulating Thoroughfare Vessel“to treat infertility,and established”Guchong decoction”to treat women blood collapse,“Shoutai Pill”to prevent and treat recurrent abortion,which has high clinical practical value.Through combing and summarizing the experience of treating women abdominal mass in the book recording of tradition Chinese and Western medicine in combination,and reviewing the literature to understand the application and development of ZHANG Xichun’s experience in treating women abdominal mass,in order to provide reference and reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment of women abdominal mass.
