摘要
目的分析老年患者在人工膝关节置换术后应用神经肌肉电刺激对其肢体运动功能恢复的影响。方法选取2022年5—12月青岛市胶州中心医院行人工膝关节置换术的80例老年患者为研究对象,采用单双号分组法将其分为两组,常规组40例患者术后治疗采取常规康复训练,观察组40例患者术后治疗采取神经肌肉电刺激方式。比较两组术后恢复情况、疼痛评分及术后不良事件。结果观察组患肢自主活动时间、住院时间、患肢负重恢复时间均比常规组短,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组术后疼痛情况较常规组有更为显著的改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良事件发生率为2.50%,低于常规组的15.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=3.914,P<0.05)。结论老年人工膝关节置换术患者,术后采用神经肌肉电刺激治疗,能够促进其术后功能恢复,同时可使患者手术安全性得到保障。
Objective To analyze the effect of neuromuscular electrical stimulation on the recovery of limb motor function in elderly patients after knee arthroplasty.Methods A total of 80 elderly patients who underwent artificial knee arthroplasty in Jiaozhou Central Hospital of Qingdao from May to December 2022 were selected as the study objects,and the odd-even grouping method was adopted to divided them into two groups.40 patients in the conventional group received routine rehabilitation training after surgery,and 40 patients in the observation group received neuromuscular electrical stimulation after surgery.Postoperative recovery,pain scores and postoperative adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results The autonomous activity time,hospital stay and weight-bearing recovery time of the affected limb in the observation group were shorter than those in the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The postoperative pain in the observation group was significantly improved compared with the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was 2.50%,lower than that in the conventional group(15.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=3.914,P<0.05).Conclusion Neuromuscular electrical stimulation therapy for elderly patients undergoing artificial knee arthroplasty can promote their functional recovery after surgery and ensure their surgical safety.
