摘要
目的:探讨主观社会经济地位对大学生亲社会行为的影响,并分析公正世界信念与心理资本在两者中的中介作用。方法:采用大学生主观社会地位量表、公正世界信念量表、积极心理资本问卷和亲社会倾向量表对903名大学生进行调查。结果:(1)主观社会经济地位、公正世界信念、心理资本、亲社会行为两两之间均呈显著正相关(p<0.01)。(2)主观社会经济地位能直接预测亲社会行为(p<0.01),也能分别通过公正世界信念和心理资本的单独中介作用(p<0.01),及两者的链式中介作用预测亲社会行为(p<0.01)。结论:本研究基于社会比较理论解释了主观社会经济地位对亲社会行为的作用机制,高校要增加大学生亲社会行为应注重公正世界信念与心理资本的培养。
Objective:To explore the impact of subjective socioeconomic status on prosocial behavior,and to analyze the mediating role of belief between a just world and psychological capital.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted among 903 college students by using the Subjective Social Status Scale,Belief in a Just World Scale,Positive Psycap Questionnaire and Prosocial Tendencies Measure.Results(1)Subjective socioeconomic status,belief in a just world,psychological capital and prosocial behavior were all significantly and positively correlated with each other(p<0.01).(2)Subjective socioeconomic status could directly predict prosocial behavior(p<0.01),and it could also influence prosocial behavior through the separate mediating effects of belief in a just world and psychological capital(p<0.01),and the chain mediating effects of both(p<0.01)respectively.Conclusion:Based on social comparison theory,this study explained the mechanism of subjective socioeconomic status on prosocial behavior,and we propose that universities should pay attention to the cultivation of belief in a just world and of psychological capital so as to increase college students become more social.
