Smart insoles with plantar pressure monitoring,amalgamating electronic technology and materials science,employ advanced sensing systems to perceive subtle changes in plantar pressure,enabling real-time monitoring of users'gait and plantar pressure distribution.The modular design of smart insoles is introduced in detail,including flexible pressure sensors,wireless communication technology and the integrated application of the Internet of Things.The selection of smart insole materials and the way of combining insoles with electronic components are analyzed.The research progresses of smart insole with plantar pressure monitoring in motion detection and analysis,health management and early warning,biological recognition and other fields are described in detail.The potential and advantages of daily life use of smart insoles are summarized and evaluated.Finally,the future development directions of smart insoles with plantar pressure monitoring will focus on enhancing data security and privacy protection,optimizing sensor performance and exploring more advanced energy solutions.
