摘要
城乡融合发展水平的高低对共同富裕目标的实现具有重要影响.通过构建合肥都市圈城乡融合发展水平评价指标体系,利用改进熵值法确定指标权重,采用TOPSIS模型,分析2017—2021年合肥都市圈总体及各城市城乡融合发展水平.同时使用障碍度模型,分析合肥都市圈城乡融合发展过程中存在的各种障碍因子.结果显示:从总体来看,2017—2021年合肥都市圈城乡融合发展水平呈现稳步上升态势,但仍处于中等水平.从局部来看,合肥都市圈内各地级市城乡融合发展存在一定差异性,呈现“较低—中等—良好”的梯队特征.最后,确定影响其城乡融合发展的障碍因子,既有相同障碍因子,也有差异障碍因子.
The urban-rural integration has an important impact on the realization of common prosperity.This study constructed an evaluation index system for urban-rural integration development in Hefei metropolitan area,using the improved entropy method to determine the index weight.In addition,it adopted TOPSIS model to analyze the overall development in this area and the specific development in each city in 2017-2021.At the same time,the obstacle model was used to analyze obstacle factors in the process of the development of its integration.The results show that:The urban-rural integration in this area shows a steady boost in 2017-2021,but it is still at an average level.From the local point of view,there are certain differences in the urban-rural integration development of prefecture-level cities,showing the lower\|average\|good condition.In addition,the obstacle factors affecting the development of urban and rural integration are found,including the same obstacle factors and the different obstacle factors.
