摘要
智慧园区的建设对国家构建具有韧性和柔性的供应链具有重大战略意义。现阶段我国园区发展处于从物理园区向智慧园区转型的关键阶段,通过数字化转型解决提升园区资源配置效率和整个行业服务水平,是现阶段园区发展的当务之急。本文以智慧园区的建设实践和研发经验为基础,分析了我国园区发展的现状和趋势,阐述了以数字化转型构建智慧园区平台的理念、目标、关键要素及战略价值,并展示了应用实例,为以智慧园区推动实现供应链全程的数字化和可视化和物流行业降本增效具有启示价值。
The construction of smart parks is of great strategic significance for China to build a resilient and flexible supply chain.At this stage,the development of China's parks is in the critical stage of transformation from physical parks to smart parks,and it is an urgent task for the development of parks to improve the efficiency of park resource allocation and the service level of the entire industry through digital transformation.Based on the construction practice and R&D experience of smart parks,this paper analyzes the current situation and trend of the development of parks in China,expounds the concept,goals,key elements and strategic value of building a smart park platform with digital transformation,and shows application examples,which has enlightening value for promoting the digitalization and visualization of the whole supply chain and reducing costs and increasing efficiency in the logistics industry with smart parks.
