摘要
农村电商物流作为新兴业态,不仅可以推销农副产品、帮助农民脱贫致富,而且还能助推乡村振兴。因此,在乡村振兴战略背景下研究农村电商物流的运营模式与策略创新,具有十分重要的现实意义和推广价值。文章从乡村振兴、农村电商物流、农村柔性化物流等理论探讨入手,分析我国农村电商物流的发展现状及短板;然后立足农村协同物流平台和农村电子商务平台的相联互通,设计乡村振兴战略下农村电商物流运营创新模式;最后在此基础上,制定农村电商物流运营五大策略,创新性地提出农村柔性化物流的发展思路,构建农村地区“卡车+无人机”联合调度的配送模式。
As a new business form,rural e-commerce logistics can not only promote agricultural and sideline products,help farmers get rid of poverty and become rich,but also promote rural revitalization.Therefore,it is of great practical significance and promotion value to study the innovation of operation mode and strategy of rural e-commerce logistics under the background of rural revitalization strategy.This paper starts with the theoretical discussion of rural revitalization,rural e-commerce logistics,rural flexible logistics,and analyzes the development status and weaknesses of rural e-commerce logistics in China;then,based on the connectivity between rural collaborative logistics platform and rural e-commerce platform,it designs the operation innovation mode of rural e-commerce logistics under rural revitalization strategy;finally,on this basis,this paper formulates five strategies for rural e-commerce logistics operation,innovatively proposes the development idea of rural flexible logistics,and constructs a distribution mode of"truck+UAV"joint scheduling in rural areas.
