摘要
作为世界上最大的马克思主义执政党,中国共产党时刻保持解决大党独有难题的清醒和坚定。“三个务必”是新时代中国共产党总结执政规律和党的建设规律提出的重要论断,体现了解决大党独有难题的理路。以“三个务必”解决大党独有的价值难题、执政难题和治理难题,具有深厚的理论依据,源于三者内在的逻辑关联,能够提供可行的实践路径。马克思主义政治权力理论、政党建设理论、政党组织理论为以“三个务必”解决大党独有难题提供理论支撑;“三个务必”与解决大党独有难题在政治主体、内容要素、现实基础上具有契合性;强化责任意识、发扬奋斗精神、淬炼斗争本领,分别从理论上的清醒、政治上的坚定、实践上的自觉等层面,构筑了以“三个务必”解决大党独有难题的实践架构。
As the world's largest Marxist ruling party,the Communist Party of China(CPC)has always been sober and resolute in solving problems unique to large parties.The“three imperatives”are important assertions made by the CPC in the new era,summarizing the laws of governance and party building,and embodying the theory and path for solving the unique problems of large parties.The“three imperatives”to solve the value,governance and governance problems unique to large parties has a profound theoretical basis,stems from the intrinsic logical connection between the two,and can provide a feasible practical path.The Marxist theory of political power,the theory of political party construction,and the theory of political party organization provide theoretical support for solving the unique problems of large parties with the“three imperatives”:the“three imperatives”and the solution to the unique problems of large parties are compatible with each other in terms of the political subject,content elements,and practical foundation;strengthening the sense of responsibility,and strengthening the sense of accountability are also important factors for solving the problems of large parties.Strengthening the sense of responsibility,carrying forward the spirit of struggle,and refining the skills of struggle have constructed a practical framework for solving the unique problems of large parties with the“three imperatives”from the perspectives of theoretical sobriety,political firmness,and practical self-awareness,respectively.
