摘要
本研究旨在探究多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者性激素水平的变化及其与胰岛素抵抗的关系。研究组为2022年3月—2023年3月于山东第一医科大学第二附属医院接受诊治的114例PCOS患者,对照组为同期健康体检的志愿者114人。所有参与者均采集空腹静脉血,检测各性激素水平,包括雌二醇(E2)、促卵泡生成素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)、睾酮(T),并计算胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)。研究结果显示,与对照组相比,研究组LH、T水平、LH/FSH比值及HOMA-IR均显著升高,而E2、FSH水平显著降低。E2与HOMA-IR呈负相关,T、LH与HOMA-IR呈正相关。这些结果表明性激素水平与胰岛素抵抗之间存在相关性,可能参与了PCOS的发生与发展。因此,临床中需重视性激素水平与胰岛素抵抗的调节,以改善PCOS患者的状况。
This study aims to investigate the changes in sex hormone levels and their relationship with insulin resistance in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).The research group consisted of 114 PCOS patients who received treatment at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Shandong First Medical University from March 2022 to March 2023,while the control group consisted of 114 volunteers who underwent health examinations during the same period.All partici-pants collected fasting venous blood to measure levels of various sex hormones,including estradiol(E2),follicle stimulat-ing hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),testosterone(T),and calculated insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR).The research results showed that compared with the control group,the LH,T levels,LH/FSH ratio,and HOMA-IR in the study group were significantly increased,while E2 and FSH levels were significantly reduced.E2 is negatively correlat-ed with HOMA-IR,while T and LH are positively correlated with HOMA-IR.These results indicate a correlation be-tween sex hormone levels and insulin resistance,which may be involved in the occurrence and development of PCOS.Therefore,it is necessary to pay attention to the regulation of sex hormone levels and insulin resistance in clinical prac-tice to improve the condition of PCOS patients.
