摘要
基于2009—2019年中国30个省(市)的面板数据,通过构建测度中国知识产权保护水平指标体系,采用熵值法计算我国省级层面知识产权保护水平,同时借助泰尔指数等探究不同区域知识产权保护水平的时空演变特征。研究表明,各省(市)、区域及经济带的知识产权保护水平均呈增长趋势,东部地区高于其他地区,京津冀经济带和长三角经济带显著高于其他经济带;利用自然间断点分级法和莫兰指数分析空间关联性,结果显示中国各地区知识产权保护指数呈现从低水平向中低、中高水平过渡,表现出较为稳定的空间相关性特征。
Based on panel data from 2009 to 2019 across 30 provinces and municipalities in China,a comprehensive indicator system measuring the level of intellectual property protection was constructed.The entropy method was employed to calculate the provincial-level intellectual property protection levels.Additionally,utilizing the Theil index and other measures,the study explored the spatiotemporal evolution characteristics of intellectual property protection levels in different regions.The research indicates that the intellectual property protection levels of provinces,regions,and economic belts show an overall increasing trend,with the eastern regions surpassing others.The Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei economic belt and the Yangtze River Delta economic belt exhibit significantly higher levels compared to other economic belts.Employing the natural breakpoints classification method and Moran’s index for spatial autocorrelation analysis,the results demonstrate a transition in intellectual property protection indices across regions from low to medium-low and medium-high levels,revealing a relatively stable spatial correlation pattern in China.
