摘要
基于保序主成分评价法从五个方面测度经济高质量发展(HQED)水平,然后分别采用Dagum Gini系数、加权变异系数平方对HQED水平差异进行空间、结构分解,探讨影响因子。研究结论:对于HQED水平,京、沪、津依次稳居前三,三大地区整体上逐年提高,从东向西递减,八大综合经济区也逐年提高,东部、南部沿海稳居前二,西南、西北地区较落后;新冠疫情对HQED水平影响较小,但对经济增长影响较大;HQED水平具有聚集效应,地区差异较大但具有下降趋势;从结构分解看,结构优化对HQED水平差异贡献最大;经济增长对HQED水平的解释力最强,其次为结构优化,协调共享最弱但依然超过86%,而人均GDP解释力超过92%,基本可代表HQED水平。
The high-quality economic development(HQED)level is measured in five aspects based on the order-preserving principal component evaluation method,and then it uses Dagum Gini coefficient and weighted coefficient of variation squared to spatially and structurally decompose the differences of HQED level and explores the influencing factors.Research conclusions:For the HQED level,Beijing,Shanghai,Tianjin rank among the top 3;the three regions have improved year by year as a whole,decreasing from east to west,and the eight economic regions have also improved year by year;the eastern and southern coasts rank among the top 2,while the southwest and northwest regions are relatively backward.The epidemic situation has less impact on the HQED level,but has greater impact on economic growth;the high quality level of economy has aggregation effect,and the regional difference is large but has a downward trend;from the perspective of structural decomposition,structural optimization contributes the most to the difference of the HQED level;economic growth has the strongest explanatory power for high-quality differences in the economy,followed by structural optimization.Coordination and sharing are the weakest but still exceed 86%,while the explanatory power of per capita GDP exceeds 92%,basically representing the HQED level.
