透明质酸酶体外活性抑制抗过敏模型测定活性胶原蛋白的抗敏抗炎功效

摘要 研究活性胶原蛋白的抗敏抗炎功效,采用0.1%(w/%)聚丙烯酸钠接枝淀粉对活性胶原蛋白进行保护后,通过透明质酸酶体外活性抑制实验,对活性胶原蛋白进行抗敏抗炎功效的研究。研究结果表明,经0.1%(w/%)聚丙烯酸钠接枝淀粉保护后的活性胶原蛋白,解决了活性胶原蛋白与透明质酸钠的絮凝问题;活性胶原蛋白对透明质酸酶具有抑制作用,抑制率随活性胶原浓度的增加而增大,活性胶原蛋白浓度0.758 mg/mL的抗敏抗炎性能与0.03 mg/mL的扑尔敏相当,显示出活性胶原蛋白具有优异的抗敏抗炎功效,在化妆品应用中具有非常广泛的应用前景。 The anti-inflammatory effects of collagen were investigated.The collagen was pretreated with 0.1%(w/%)sodium polyacrylate starch,and the collagen's anti-inflammatory activity was carried out by in vitro inhibition experiments of hyaluronidase activity.The results of the study show that the collagen solution treated with 0.1%(w/%)sodium polyacrylate starch resolves the flocculation between collagen and sodium hyaluronate.Collagen has an inhibitory effect on hyaluronidase,and the inhibition rate increases with the increase of active collagen concentration.The anti-inflammatory result of collagen at a concentration of 0.758 mg/mL is equivalent to that of 0.03 mg/mL chlorpheniramine.Collagen is a natural ingredient that has a good anti-inflammatory effect and a very wide development value in cosmetics.
