摘要
研究活性胶原蛋白的抗敏抗炎功效,采用0.1%(w/%)聚丙烯酸钠接枝淀粉对活性胶原蛋白进行保护后,通过透明质酸酶体外活性抑制实验,对活性胶原蛋白进行抗敏抗炎功效的研究。研究结果表明,经0.1%(w/%)聚丙烯酸钠接枝淀粉保护后的活性胶原蛋白,解决了活性胶原蛋白与透明质酸钠的絮凝问题;活性胶原蛋白对透明质酸酶具有抑制作用,抑制率随活性胶原浓度的增加而增大,活性胶原蛋白浓度0.758 mg/mL的抗敏抗炎性能与0.03 mg/mL的扑尔敏相当,显示出活性胶原蛋白具有优异的抗敏抗炎功效,在化妆品应用中具有非常广泛的应用前景。
The anti-inflammatory effects of collagen were investigated.The collagen was pretreated with 0.1%(w/%)sodium polyacrylate starch,and the collagen's anti-inflammatory activity was carried out by in vitro inhibition experiments of hyaluronidase activity.The results of the study show that the collagen solution treated with 0.1%(w/%)sodium polyacrylate starch resolves the flocculation between collagen and sodium hyaluronate.Collagen has an inhibitory effect on hyaluronidase,and the inhibition rate increases with the increase of active collagen concentration.The anti-inflammatory result of collagen at a concentration of 0.758 mg/mL is equivalent to that of 0.03 mg/mL chlorpheniramine.Collagen is a natural ingredient that has a good anti-inflammatory effect and a very wide development value in cosmetics.
