摘要
目的分析2011-2021年宁夏护理人力资源配置现状,为合理分配卫生资源提供有益参考。方法运用洛伦兹曲线、基尼系数和泰尔指数3个卫生经济学指标,评估宁夏护理人力资源配置的公平性。结果宁夏护理人力资源实现稳步增长,基尼系数和泰尔指数整体呈减小趋势,泰尔指数组间贡献率高于组内贡献率。结论宁夏护理人力资源配置逐年改善,但仍存在不公平现象,以人口分布为基础的公平性较按地理面积分布更为优越,各城市间的不平等是影响护理人力资源配置公平性的主要因素。
Objective To analyze the current situation of nursing human resource allocation in Ningxia province from 2011 to 2021,and to provide reference for the reasonable allocation of health resources.Methods Three health economic indicators including Lorenz curve,Gini coefficient and Theil index were used to evaluate the fairness of nursing human resource allocation in Ningxia province.Results The nursing human resources in Ningxia province achieved steady growth.The Gini coefficient and Theil index showed an overall decreasing trend,with Terrell's index having a higher between-group contribution than within-group contribution.Conclusion The allocation of nursing human resources in Ningxia province have improved year by year,but inequity still exist.Equity based on population distribution is superior to distribution by geographic area,and inequality among cities is the main factor affecting the equity of nursing human resource allocation.
