摘要
目的构建军医院校学员战现场救护能力培养指标体系。方法通过文献回顾和小组讨论,拟定指标体系初稿并编制咨询表,通过两轮Delphi专家咨询确定军医院校学员战现场救护能力培养指标体系及权重。结果共咨询专家16名,专家的积极性较高,两轮咨询的权威系数和肯得尔和谐系数分别为0.910、0.920和0.244、0.203,均P<0.001,最终构建的指标体系共包含4个一级指标,26个二级指标,62个三级指标。结论构建的指标体系科学合理,注重综合能力培养,能够满足学员未来岗位任职需求,对于提升我军战现场救护水平具有一定意义。
Objective To construct an indicator system of the battlefield rescue ability training for students in military medical university.Methods Through literature review and group discussion,a preliminary draft of the indicator system and a consultation form was prepared to determine the indicator system and its weights for the cultivation of the battlefield rescue ability training of military medical college trainees through two rounds of Delphi's expert consultation.Results A total of 16 experts were consulted and their enthusiasm was at a high level.The authority coefficients and Kendall's harmony coefficients for the two rounds of counseling were 0.910,0.920 and 0.244,0.203(P<0.001),respectively.Finally,the indicator system contained 4 first-level indicators,26 second-level indicators,and 62 third-level indicators.Conclusion The constructed indicator system is scientific and reasonable,focusing on comprehensive ability training,and can meet the needs of trainees for future positions.It is of certain significance for improving the level of our army's battlefield rescue ability.
