摘要
胼胝体是评估大脑正常发育的重要指标,也是国内外产前诊断领域的研究热点。在产前评估胼胝体发育情况的影像学检查方法中胎儿颅脑超声检查具有快捷、安全、可重复性好,以及可动态观察等优势;磁共振成像检查直观、准确、全面,但受胎动等因素影响,且价格较昂贵,应用不普遍。该文通过总结分析近年来国内外影像学技术评估胎儿胼胝体发育的研究结果,旨在分析比较2种方式在产前诊断中的临床应用价值。
Corpus callosum is an important indicator to assess the normal development of the brain,and it is also a hot spot in the field of prenatal diagnosis at home and abroad.Among the imaging methods used to assess the development of corpus callosum before prenatum,fetal cranial ultrasound has the advantages of rapidity,safety,good reproducibility and dynamic observation.Magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)is intuitive,accurate and comprehensive,but it is affected by factors such as fetal movement,and is expensive and not widely used.This article reviewed and analyzed the results of recent studies on the evaluation of fetal corpus callosum development by imaging techniques at home and abroad,aiming to analyze and compare the clinical application value of the two methods in prenatal diagnosis.
