摘要
目的探讨三维超声对胎儿先天性胼胝体发育异常的诊断效果。方法选取2013年至2016年在郑州市妇幼保健院超声科检查产前超声的先天性胼胝体发育异常的胎儿11例。采用GE-E8、E10经腹三维超声容积探头,三维容积OmniView技术对图像进行断层处理,根据胎儿胼胝体发育顺序及特点,分析胼胝体发育不全及发育不良的超声声像图特征,结合三维超声成像技术诊断胼胝体发育异常情况。结果本研究共涉及的11例胼胝体发育异常,其中胼胝体发育不良9例,胼胝体缺失2例。全部病例在1周内检查的胎儿头颅MRI,其对胼胝体异常的诊断和超声一致。结论三维超声成像技术在胎儿先天性胼胝体发育异常的超声诊断中有重要的应用价值。
Objective To investigate the diagnosis effect of three-dimensional ultrasound on congenital malformation of corpus callosum.Methods From 2013 to 2016,11 fetuses with congenital abnormal development of corpus callosum were selected for prenatal ultrasound examination in the ultrasound department of Zhengzhou maternal and child health hospital.Ge-e8 and E10 transabdominal three-dimensional ultrasound volume probes were used.Omniview technology of three-dimensional volume is used for image processing.According to the development sequence and characteristics of the corpus callosum of the fetus,the ultrasonographic features of agenesis and dysplasia of the corpus callosum were analyzed.Diagnosis of abnormal development of corpus callosum with three-dimensional ultrasound imaging.Results The study involved 11 cases of abnormal development of the corpus callosum,including 9 cases of dysplasia of the corpus callosum and 2 cases of loss of the corpus callosum.MRI of fetal head examined within one week in all cases.The diagnosis of abnormal corpus callosum was consistent with that of ultrasound.Conclusions The three-dimensional ultrasound imaging technology has important application value in the ultrasound diagnosis of fetal congenital abnormal development of corpus callosum.
