摘要
循环流化床锅炉优良的燃烧特性适于多源废弃物的耦合燃烧利用,为便于流化床锅炉用户选择工艺路线,避免浪费时间及资源,本文对多源废弃物在循环流化床中耦合利用技术现状进行归纳整理。笔者将多源废弃物耦合燃烧利用以固态、气态、液态三大类进行了归纳总结,并对多源废弃物耦合燃烧利用技术关键点进行了说明。建议用户耦合燃烧利用废弃物时保持科学、谨慎的态度,充分调查研究,避免造成人力、物力浪费及经济损失。
The excellent combustion characteristics of CFB boiler are suitable for the coupled combustion utilization of multi-source wastes.In order to facilitate the users of CFB boiler to choose the process route and avoid wasting time and resources,the present situation of the coupled utilization technology of multi-source wastes in CFB is summarized.The author summarized the multi-source waste coupling combustion utilization in solid,gas,liquid three categories,and explained the key points of multi-source waste coupling combustion utilization technology.It is suggested that users should maintain a scientific and prudent attitude when burning and utilizing waste materials,and fully investigate and study to avoid causing waste of manpower and material resources and economic losses.
