摘要
本文简要介绍了芬兰和英国生物质-煤混燃发电的情况和特点,分析了混燃发电的技术经济优势,概括了欧盟、芬兰和英国政府引导和鼓励混燃发电的政策和措施,还介绍了欧盟国家监测和核实混燃发电中生物质消耗量的方法和机制,特别是芬兰VTT的C-14监测技术,最后提出了几点对我国发展混燃发电值得借鉴的经验。
