摘要
利用元分析方法,基于69个独立样本分析了促进焦点对创新的影响,基于66个独立样本分析了防御焦点对创新的影响,并分别检验了文化情境和研究设计严谨性对这些关系的调节作用。结果表明:促进焦点对创新具有正向影响,个体层面的促进焦点对创新的影响效应更大,防御焦点对创新的影响不显著,但个体层面和非个体层面的研究结果具有显著差异。并且,东方文化情境下,促进焦点对创新的影响效应更大。同源方差问题越严重,促进焦点与创新的关系强度越大。进一步地,运用元分析-结构方程模型(MASEM)检验了个体促进焦点影响创新的中介机制,结果表明,促进焦点个体往往会选择性忽视创新风险,实现创新的信念和自信度更强,对创新的参与和投入度更高,从而促进创新。创新自我效能感在个体促进焦点影响创新的过程中发挥了部分中介作用。
This paper analyzes the impact of promotion focus and prevention focus on innovation based on 69 and 66 independent samples,respectively,via meta-analysis,and then tests the moderate effect of the cultural context and design rigor.The results show that promotion focus has a positive impact on innovation,and individual promotion focus has a greater impact on innovation.Prevention focus has no significant impact on innovation,but there are significant differences between individual and non-individual research.Moreover,in the context of eastern culture,promotion focus has a greater impact on innovation.The more serious the common method variance problem,the stronger relationship between the promotion focus and innovation.Furthermore,we used Meta-analysis Structural Equation Model(MASEM)to examine the mediation mechanism of individual promotion focus and innovation.Innovative self-efficacy plays a part of mediating role in the process of individual promotion focus influencing innovation.
