摘要
[目的]了解失能老人家庭照顾者支持性服务需求及未满足现状,分析影响因素。[方法]采用自行设计的《失能老人家庭照顾者支持性服务需求问卷》,以四川省成都市青羊区和新都区209名失能老人家庭照顾者为研究对象进行问卷调查。[结果]失能老人家庭照顾者支持性服务需求总分为(91.56±11.30)分,支持性服务需求未满足总分为(69.00±14.57)分。多元线性回归结果显示,失能老人的医疗支付方式,照顾者的照顾意愿、与失能老人的关系、生活质量是家庭照顾者支持性服务需求的影响因素(P<0.05);失能老人的医疗支付方式、是否购买长护险,照顾者的职业状态、与失能老人的关系、文化程度、慢性病数量是家庭照顾者支持性服务需求未满足的影响因素(P<0.05)。[结论]失能老人家庭照顾者支持性服务需求有待进一步满足。
Objective To study the current situation of demands and unmet demands for supportive services of family caregivers for the disabled elderly and analyze the influencing factors.Methods A self-designed questionnaire on the Demand for Supportive Services of Family Caregivers for the Disabled Elderly was conducted to investigate 209 family caregivers of the disabled elderly in Qingyang District and Xindu District of Chengdu,Sichuan Province.Results The total score of the demand for supportive services of family caregivers for the disabled elderly was(91.56±11.30),and the total score of unmet needs was(69.00±14.57).The results of the multivariate linear regression showed that the medical payment method of the disabled elderly,the caregiver's willingness,the relationship with the disabled elderly,and the quality of life were the factors influencing the demand for supportive services of family caregivers(P<0.05).The medical payment method of the disabled elderly,whether to purchase long-term care insurance,caregivers'occupational status,the relationship with the disabled elderly,educational background,and the number of chronic diseases were the influencing factors of unmet needs for supportive services of family caregivers(P<0.05).Conclusions The demand for supportive services of family caregivers for the disabled elderly needs to be further met.
