摘要
硬铬层及淬火零件磨削时易出现磨削裂纹。通过研究飞机作动器关键零件筒体、活塞及泵结构产品斜盘零件平面磨削过程中的裂纹问题,从磨削工艺、去应力工艺及工艺方案改进等方面进行了若干尝试,提出了磨削裂纹抑制的一般思路和具体方法。
Grinding cracks are easy to occur during grinding hard chromium layer and quenched parts.The crack problems of the cylinder,piston and swash plate of the key parts of aircraft actuators during plane grinding are studied.Some attempts are made from the aspects of grinding process,stress removal process and technological scheme improvement,and the general idea and concrete method of grinding crack suppression are put forward.
