摘要
针对GH864高温合金材质零件存在磨削裂纹的问题,分析裂纹出现的原因,研究裂纹产生机理,得到温度与裂纹产生和裂纹扩展的关系。所做分析对预防磨削裂纹产生,提高GH864高温合金材质零件的加工质量具有促进作用。
In view of the problem of grinding crack in GH864 superalloy part,the cause of crack was analyzed,the crack generation mechanism was studied,and the relationship between temperature and crack generation and the relationship between temperature and crack propagation were obtained.The analysis is helpful in preventing grinding crack and improving the machining quality of GH864 superalloy part.
