智能分层配注技术在渤海油田的实际应用研究

摘要 注水开发是油田开发的常用手段,但常规的注水开发技术难以解决层间非均质矛盾;而智能分层注水技术有效改善层间均衡驱替,提高中低渗层水驱动用程度,改善水驱开发效率,保持地层压力和高产稳产。针对渤海油田油藏开发的实际需要,考虑注水井井斜、防砂方式、防砂通径及配注量,以及注水工艺的技术适应性,推荐常规2口定向井(D4、D9)采用无缆智能注水工艺,推荐2口大斜度定向井(D1、D12)采用有缆智能注水工艺,为分层注水和分层采油选井提供了理论依据和指导。 Water injection development is a common means of oilfield development,but conventional water injection development techniques are difficult to solve the heterogeneity contradiction between layers;The intelligent layered water injection technology effectively improves interlayer equilibrium displacement,increases the degree of water drive utilization in medium and low permeability layers,improves water drive development efficiency,maintains formation pressure,and maintains high and stable production.In response to the actual needs of oil reservoir development in Bohai Oilfield,considering the inclination of water injection wells,sand control methods,sand control diameter and injection volume,as well as the technical adaptability of water injection technology,it is recommended to use intelligent water injection technology without cables for two conventional directional wells(D4 and D9),and intelligent water injection technology with cables for two high inclination directional wells(D1 and D12),providing theoretical basis and guidance for well selection for stratified water injection and stratified oil recovery.
