摘要
渤海油田开展无缆智能注水技术应用以来,取得了显著的注水开发效果,但随着应用规模的扩大,也突显出了发码效率低、波码通信抗干扰性差、配水器水嘴卡堵等问题,为此针对该问题开展了技术优化。创新设计了液压控制井口发码装置,实现了操作人员远距离液压控制,提升了现场发码作业的安全性和时效性。采用压力幅值加脉宽识别的压力编码方式,增强了压力编码的抗干扰性,提高了发码质量和效率。通过改进智能配水器水嘴调节方式,有效避免水嘴开度调节过程中存在的卡堵现象。优化后的无缆智能分注技术成功应用于现场实践,取得了良好的应用效果:注水井测调工期明显缩短,平均单层测调耗时0.51 d,测调效率大幅提升;智能配水器最长工作时间超过3年,井下复杂工况条件下工艺的长效性显著提升。该技术对于海上油田精细分层注水开发具有一定的指导意义和应用价值。
Since the application of wireless intelligent water injection technology in Bohai Oilfield,significant development results have been achieved.However,with the expansion of application scale,problems such as low coding efficiency,poor anti-interference of wave code communication and clogging of water distribution nozzles have also emerged.Therefore,technical optimization has been carried out to address this issue.A hydraulic control wellhead coding device is innovatively designed,which enables remote hydraulic control by operators and improves the safety and timeliness of on-site coding operations.The pressure encoding method of pressure amplitude and pulse width recognition is adopted to enhance the anti-interference ability of pressure encoding,and improve the quality and efficiency of code transmission.By improving the adjustment method of the intelligent water distributor water nozzle,effectively avoiding the phenomenon of jamming during the adjustment process of the water nozzle opening.The optimized wireless intelligent water injection technology has been successfully applied in on-site practice,achieving good application results:the measurement and adjustment time of water injection wells has been significantly reduced,with an average single-layer measurement and adjustment time of 0.51 days,and the measurement and adjustment efficiency has been improved a lot;the longest working time of the intelligent water distributor exceeds 3 years,and the long-term effectiveness of the process under complex underground working conditions is significantly improved.This technology has certain guiding significance and application value for fine layered water injection development in offshore oil fields.
