不同超临界CO_(2)萃取条件对沙棘果油抗氧化活性的影响

摘要 为获得绿色安全且抗氧化活性高的沙棘果油,本文采用超临界CO_(2)萃取方法提取沙棘果油,并分析不同萃取条件对沙棘果油多酚含量和抗氧化特性的影响。结果表明,萃取条件为35℃、25 MPa时,沙棘果油的总酚含量最高,为7.74μg·g^(-1)。沙棘果油在20 mg·m L^(-1)时,DPPH自由基清除率最高,为97.50%,ABTS自由基的清除能力较高,TEAC值为1.93 mmol·g^(-1)。综合考虑,超临界CO_(2)萃取沙棘果油的工艺条件为35℃、25 MPa。 In order to obtain green,safe,and high antioxidant activity Hipphophae rhamnoides fruit oil,this article uses supercritical CO_(2) extraction method to extract Hipphophae rhamnoides fruit oil,and analyzes the effects of different extraction conditions on the polyphenol content and antioxidant properties of Hipphophae rhamnoides fruit oil.The results showed that under extraction conditions of 35℃and 25 MPa,the total phenolic content of Hipphophae rhamnoides fruit oil was the highest,reaching 7.74μg·g^(-1).At a concentration of 20 mg·mL^(-1),Hipphophae rhamnoides fruit oil had the highest DPPH free radical scavenging rate,which was 97.50%.ABTS free radical scavenging ability was higher,with a TEAC value of 1.93 mmol·g^(-1).Taking all factors into consideration,the process conditions for supercritical CO_(2) extraction of Hipphophae rhamnoides fruit oil are 35℃and 25 MPa.
