摘要
为快速锁定污染源,摸清南水河龙归断面水质异常原因,经调查监测,乳源县某工业园园区污水管网破损导致污水大量泄漏为主要原因,该工业园部分企业未实现雨污分流为次要原因,加上上游水电站多日未放水,南水河流量小,以及当地多日未下雨且持续高温等不利气候因素影响。通过快速切断污染源,加大上游水电站开闸放水和调节周边支流水量补充,最终达到水质净化的目的,为以后处理类似事件提供参考。
In order to quickly identify the source of pollution and identify the reasons for abnormal water quality at Longgui section of Nanshui River,after investigation and monitoring,it was found that the main reason was the damage of the sewage pipe network in an industrial park in Ruyuan County,which led to a large amount of sewage leakage.Some enterprises in the industrial park did not achieve rainwater and sewage diversion as secondary reasons.In addition,the upstream hydropower station did not discharge water for many days,the flow of the Nanshui River was small,and adverse climate factors such as the local lack of rain and continuous high temperatures for many days were also affecting the situation.By quickly cutting off pollution sources,increasing the opening of upstream hydropower stations to discharge water and regulating the replenishment of surrounding tributaries,the ultimate goal of water quality purification was achieved,providing reference for future treatment of similar events.
