摘要
食品安全与人们的生活息息相关,消费者对食品安全问题日益重视,也对食品检验工作提出了更高的要求。目前,食品检验实验室的质量安全存在诸多风险,对食品检验结果的准确性和实验室人员的生命安全均有影响。基于此,本文探讨了食品检验实验室在运行过程中存在的质量风险,如理化风险、操作风险和管理风险等,并针对上述问题提出了解决措施,以保证食品检验过程和结果的安全可靠,为食品检验实验室工作的高效开展提供理论支撑。
Food safety is closely related to people’s lives,consumers pay more and more attention to food safety issues,but also put forward higher requirements for food inspection work.At present,there are many risks in the quality and safety of food inspection laboratories,which have an impact on the accuracy of food inspection results and the life safety of laboratory personnel.Based on this,this paper discusses the quality risks existing in the operation of food inspection laboratories,such as physical and chemical risks,operational risks and management risks,and puts forward solutions to the above problems,so as to ensure the safety and reliability of food inspection processes and results,and provide theoretical support for the efficient development of food inspection laboratories.
