摘要
《教育学》作为旅游管理与服务教育专业的核心课程,开展案例库建设及运用案例教学手段对实现人才培养目标、优化教学环节和推动“产-教-学-研”融合有积极意义。通过阐述《教育学》课程案例筛选原则,从案例库的结构设计、案例内容、教学实施、质量评价、运行保障等方面提出具体要求和建设内容,旨在推动以学生为中心,发挥“教师主导,学生主体”的作用。开展启发式、参与式教学,提高学生分析问题、解决问题的能力,从而提升课堂教学质量,为培养高素质应用型人才提供重要的教学资源支撑。
As the core course of tourism management and service education,it has a positive significance for"Pedagogy"to carry out case library construction,use case teaching methods to achieve talent cultivation goals,optimize teaching processes and promote the integration of"industry-education-learning-research".This paper expounds the principle of case screening in"Pedagogy"course,and puts forward specific requirements and construction contents from the aspects of structural design,case content,teaching implementation,quality evaluation and operation guarantee of case base.It aims to promote student-centeredness and give play to the role of"teacher-led,student-centered"teaching,carry out heuristic and participatory teaching,improve students'ability to analyze and solve problems,so as to improve the quality of classroom teaching and provide important teaching resources for cultivating high-quality applied talents.
