摘要
数字资本主义的到来,与传统工业资本主义劳动相比,资本控制劳动的形式与劳动者反抗路径已发生深刻改变。资本的算法控制成为数字资本主义劳动控制新形式并超越传统劳动时空控制。从时间维度来看,资本通过算法隐蔽地将劳动控制延伸至闲暇时间、生理恢复时间和非劳动时间,突破传统劳动时间“量”的掠夺,同时通过算法手段精准地提高对劳动时间“质”的控制。从空间维度来看,资本通过算法打破监督者与劳动者必须聚集在同一物理空间的限制,雇主不必到工作现场就可以实现对数字劳动者物理空间行为和虚拟空间行为的双重空间控制。面对算法对劳动过程的超时空控制,数字劳动者通过逆算法实践进行抵抗,反抗主体呈跨空间联结、反抗手段呈技术化中介、反抗领域向数据生产资料延伸。解决反抗的根本路径必须深入生产关系,变革资本主义生产关系实现数字技术的社会主义应用是解放数字劳动的出路所在。
With the advent of digital capitalism,compared to industrial capitalist labor,the form of capital-controlled labor and the path of workers'resistance have undergone profound changes.The algorithmic control of capital becomes a new form of labor control in digital capitalism and surpasses the time-space control of traditional labor.From the perspective of time dimension,capital extends labor control to leisure time,physiological recovery time and non-labor time secretly through algorithms,breaking through the plunder of the traditional"quantity"of labor time,and precisely improving the control of the"quality"of labor time through algorithms.From the perspective of spatial dimension,capital breaks the restriction that supervisors and laborers must gather in the same physical space through algorithms,and employers can realize dual spatial control of physical space behavior and virtual space behavior of digital laborers without going to the work site.In the face of the time-space control of the algorithm on the labor process,digital workers resist through the practice of inverse algorithm.The subject of resistance is cross-space connection,the means of resistance is technical intermediary,and the field of resistance extends to the data production means.The fundamental way to solve the resistance must go deep into the relations of production,reform the capitalist relations of production and realize the socialist application of digital technology is the way out of the liberation of digital labor.
