摘要
新时代新工科对人才队伍建设提出更高质量的要求,促使工程训练面临新的挑战,需要主动布局,加快落实人才培养新方案。围绕“以学生为中心”的教育教学理念,探寻结合数字化、信息化平台的翻转课堂教学新模式,运用多种教学方法,激发学生学习热情,提升深度学习和知识内化的能力,加大工程素养、创新实践能力的培养,构建全员、全过程、全方位的育人体系。
In the new era,new engineering disciplines have put forward higher quality requirements for the construction of talent teams,which has led to new challenges in engineering training.It is necessary to proactively layout and accelerate the implementation of new talent training plans.This article focuses on the student-centered education and teaching philosophy,exploring a new flipped classroom teaching model that combines digital and information platforms,using various teaching methods to stimulate students'learning enthusiasm,enhance their ability to deepen learning and internalize knowledge,increase the cultivation of engineering literacy and innovative practical abilities,and build a comprehensive,full process,and all-round education system.
