原料空压机中离心式压缩机和三相异步电动机安装过程危险性较高,安全风险大,结合某动力厂区原料空压机的吊装、安装实践,全面分析了原料空压机中离心式压缩机和三相异步电动机的吊装过程中相关参数的选择与计算,安装过程中对中、找正的具体注意事项。通过对安装数据细节的严格把控,保证机组安装后能够长期稳定运行。
The centrifugal compressor and three-phase asynchronous motor in the raw material air compressor has high installation hazard and safety risk.According to the lifting and installation practice of the raw material air compressor in a power plant,a comprehensive analysis was conducted on the selection and calculation of relevant parameters in the lifting process of centrifugal compressor and three-phase asynchronous motor,as well as the specific precautions on centering and alignment during the installation period.By strictly controlling the details of the installation data,it ensures that the unit can run stably for a long time after installation.
