摘要
碱蓬是一种在盐碱化土壤上生长的真盐生植物,可降低土壤盐碱性,提高盐碱地的利用价值。碱蓬在经济、医疗、生态等方面具有重要作用,是一种具有丰富价值的自然资源。碱蓬体内的内生耐盐碱细菌可通过产生ACC脱氨酶、脯氨酸、IAA等物质应对不良环境。碱蓬及碱蓬内生耐盐碱细菌可以改善土壤结构,降低土壤盐碱程度,提高土壤的利用率,对我国盐碱地可持续发展具有重要作用。文章通过综述碱蓬内生耐盐碱细菌对高盐碱低氮的适应机制,展望未来内生耐盐碱细菌的研究,为日后进一步研究碱蓬内生耐盐碱细菌提供参考。
Suaeda glauca is a kind of halophyte growing on saline-alkalized soil,which can reduce soil salinity and improve the utilization value of saline-alkali soil.Suaeda glauca plays an important role in economy,medical treatment,ecology and so on which has rich value.The endophytic saline-alkali-tolerant bacteria in Suaeda glauca can cope with the adverse environment by producing ACC deaminase,proline,IAA and other substances.Suaeda glauca and Suaeda glauca endophytic saline-alkali-tolerant bacteria can improve soil structure,reduce soil salinity and improve soil utilization,which plays an important role in the sustainable development of saline-alkali soil in China.This paper summarizes the adaptation mechanism of Suaeda glauca endophytic saline-alkali-tolerant bacteria to high saline-alkali and low nitrogen,and looks forward to the future research of endophytic saline-alkali-tolerant bacteria,so as to provide reference for the further study of Suaeda glauca endophytic saline-alkali-tolerant bacteria in the future.
