摘要
深化大学生创新创业教育改革是贯彻落实我国高质量教育改革的重要举措,要积极探索以提升创新人才素质为目标的人才培养新方式,将创新创业教育贯穿专业教育全过程。大学生创新创业能力的提升不仅有利于创新型国家战略目标的实现、加快供给侧结构改革,更能缓解后疫情时代的就业压力,完善高校创业育人体系。但高校面临着大学生对创新创业认知不足、课程内容固化、实践平台狭窄、评价标准缺位等诸多挑战。大学生创新创业能力的培养需要一套系统的保障机制,通过营造氛围、推进“专创融合”、加强协同育人、建立多元评价体系等举措,将创新创业融入人才培养全过程,以期为提高社会竞争力、担任国家重任提供有力的人才保障。
Deepening the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education for college students is an important measure to implement China’s high-quality education reform.It is necessary to actively explore new ways of training talents with the goal of improving the quality of innovative talents,and run innovation and entrepreneurship education through the whole process of professional education.Improving college students’innovation and entrepreneurship ability is not only conducive to realizing the strategic goal of an innovative country and accelerating the supply-side structural reform,but also relieving the employment pressure in the post-epidemic era.and perfecting the system of entreprenurship education in colleges and university However,colleges and universities are facing many challenges such as insufficient knowledge of innovation and entrepreneurship of college students,solidified curriculum contents,narrow practice platforms and lack of evaluation standards,etc.The cultivation of the innovation and entrepreneurship ability of college students requires a set of systematic safeguard mechanisms.Innovation and entrepreneurship education can be integrated into the whole process of talent cultivation by measures such as creating an atmosphere,promoting the“integration of specialization and innovation”,strengthening collaborative education,and establishing a diversified evaluation system,with a view of providing a powerful talent guarantee to enhance social competitiveness and assume national responsibilities.
