摘要
为评估异常检测算法应用效果,文章运用无线温振传感器VA330在工业环境中收集设备运行状态数据,评估异常检测算法在识别异常数据点方面的性能指标。结果表明,异常检测算法在处理具有明显分布特征的数据时表现优异,特别是在减速箱数据中,该算法推断出可能存在的齿轮和联轴器对中不良问题,以适应现有的工业应用场景。
In order to evaluate the application effect of the anomaly detection algorithm,the wireless temperature and vibration sensor VA330 was used to collect the equipment running state data in the industrial environment and evaluate the performance index of the algorithm in identifying abnormal data points.The results show that the anomaly detection algorithm performs well in processing data with obvious distribution characteristics,especially in the gearbox data,where the algorithm deduces possible bad problems in gear and coupling pairs to accommodate the existing industrial application scenarios.
