摘要
党的十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央大力推动实施长江经济带等若干重大区域发展战略,为中国式现代化建设提供了有力支撑。中国式现代化与重大区域发展战略之间有很强的内在联系,实施重大区域发展战略是推动中国式现代化的有效途径和重要举措。长江经济带高质量发展和高水平保护与推动中国式现代化之间存在清晰的逻辑理路,高质量发展是中国式现代化建设的首要任务,高水平保护是夯实中国式现代化绿色本底的必然要求。在对长江经济带最新发展现状分析基础上,从高水平保护、创新引领发展、构建新发展格局、促进区域协调发展、统筹发展与安全五个方面提出长江经济带支撑中国式现代化建设的具体路径。
Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,The CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core vigorously promotes the implementation of several major regional development strategies such as the Yangtze Economic Belt,which has provided strong support for Chinese modernization.There is a strong internal relationship between Chinese modernization and major regional development strategies.Implementing major regional development strategies is an effective way and important measure to promote Chinese modernization.There is a clear logic between high-quality development and high-level protection of the Yangtze Economic Belt and the promotion of Chinese modernization.High-quality development is the primary task of Chinese modernization,and high-level protection is an inevitable requirement to consolidate the green background of Chinese modernization.Based on the analysis of the latest development status of the Yangtze Economic Belt,the specific path of the Yangtze Economic Belt to support Chinese modernization is proposed from five aspects:high-level protection,innovation leading development,building a new development pattern,promoting coordinated regional development,and ensuring security in the pursuit of development.
