全面精细化管理对血站批量无偿献血工作中非标量血液产生率的影响

The Impact of Comprehensive and Refined Management on the Produc⁃tion Rate of Non-scalar Blood in Batch Voluntary Blood Donation at Blood Stations

摘要 目的分析全面精细化管理对血站批量无偿献血工作中非标量血液产生率的影响。方法选取2021年2月—2023年2月中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第924医院输血医学科的13名工作人员为研究对象,其中2021年2月—2022年2月实施常规化管理为对照组,该阶段献血总人数5469人;2022年3月—2023年2月实施全面精细化管理后为观察组,该阶段献血总人数4679人。探究全面精细化管理对血站批量无偿献血工作中非标量血液产生率的影响。结果观察组非标量血液产生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.247,P<0.05);观察组血液采集时间显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组满意度(92.31%)高于对照组(69.23%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全面精细化管理能显著降低血站批量无偿献血工作中非标量血液产生率,缩短采血时间,进一步提升血站工作人员的满意度。 Objective To analyze the impact of comprehensive and refined management on the non-scalar blood pro-duction rate in batch voluntary blood donation at blood stations.Methods A total of 13 staff members of the Depart-ment of Blood Transfusion Medicine of the 924th Hospital of the Chinese People's Liberation Army Joint logistics sup-port Forces were selected as the study objects from February 2021 to February 2023,of which the implementation of routine management from February 2021 to February 2022 was the control group,with a total number of 5469 blood donations in the period,and the implementation of comprehensive refined management from March 2022 to February 2023 was the observation group,with a total number of 4679 blood donations in the period.The impact of comprehen-sive refined management on the blood station batch blood donation work in the non-scalar blood production rate were explored.Results The non-scalar blood production rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.247,P<0.05).The blood collection time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the observation group(92.31%)was higher than that of the control group(69.23%),and the dif-ference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive and refined management can significantly reduce the production rate of non-scalar blood in batch voluntary blood donations at blood stations,shorten blood col-lection time,and further improve the satisfaction of blood station staff.
