摘要
医院资源计划(Hospital Resources Planning System,HRP)架构下的医院固定资产盘点系统立足于解决当前医院固定资产盘点过程中所遇到的现实问题,创新性地对于房屋建筑类固定资产进行编码并将无线射频识别(Radio Frequency Identification,RFID)和条形码技术同时用于其标签制作,从而将地点信息集成到固定资产的盘点信息中去。在系统设计中注重确保盘点流程的严谨性、资产主数据的统一性以及系统的集成性。本文针对医院固定资产盘点现状进行分析,重点从盘点计划管理、盘点任务管理、手持终端现场盘点、盘点进度监控及盘点结果处理五个方面进行阐述,并提供了解决方案。
The design of hospital fixed assets inventory system based on HRP is not only to provide solution focused on problems in practice, but also to make sure that close-loop of process, consistence of master data and integration of systems. In this system, housing construction as a kind of fixed assets was coded innovatively. Furthermore, the application of radio frequency identification （RFID） and barcode technology in label production makes it easy to get the location information of equipment during inventory. This paper analyses the current situation of hospital fixed assets inventory. Specially, it explains how to design the functions from planning management, order management, implementation by PDA, monitor of order and disposing. Finally, the solution is provided.
