微创内固定技术对胫骨骨折患者功能、疗效及安全性影响研究

摘要 目的:探究微创内固定技术对胫骨骨折患者功能、疗效及安全性影响。方法:研究对象为2020年1月~2023年1月本院收治的78例胫骨骨折患者,采用1:1随机数字表法对其进行分组,每组患者39例;观察组采用微创内固定技术治疗,对照组采用髓内钉内固定治疗;对比两组疼痛程度、骨折愈合情况、复位优良率和生活质量。结果:治疗前,两组疼痛评分均较高,且对比无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗1周和1个月后,两组VAS均得到改善,且观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05);相较于对照组骨折临床愈合时间和骨性愈合时间,观察组愈合时间更短(P<0.05);观察组功能优良率、HSS评分、膝伸屈ROM和生活质量评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对于胫骨骨折患者而言,对其使用微创内固定技术治疗,可以提升患者的内固定可靠性和临床安全性,缩短其骨折愈合时间,有效改善患者的关节功能,临床效果较为显著。 Objective:To investigate the effect of minimally invasive internal fixation on the function,efficacy and safety of tibial fractures.Methods:The study subjects were 78 patients with tibial fractures admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to January 2023.They were divided into groups using a 1:1 random number table method,with 39 patients in each group;The observation group was treated with minimally invasive internal fixation technology,while the control group was treated with intramedullary nail fixation;Compare the degree of pain,fracture healing,excellent reduction rate,and quality of life between two groups.Results:Before treatment,the pain scores of the two groups were higher,and there was no significant difference(P>0.05).After 1 week and 1 month of treatment,VAS in both groups was improved,and observation group was significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the clinical healing time and bone healing time of the observation group were shorter(P<0.05).The functional excellence rate,HSS score,knee extension ROM and life quality score of observation group were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For the patients with tibial fracture,the application of minimally invasive internal fixation technique can improve the reliability and clinical safety of internal fixation,shorten the time of fracture healing,and improve the joint function effectively,the clinical effect is remarkable,and it is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
