摘要
目的：观察钢板治疗肩锁关节脱位的临床疗效。方法：回顾性分析2005年3月~2007年6月采用插入式锁骨钩钢板固定治疗肩锁关节脱位（TossyⅢ型）患者17例。按照ASES标准评价临床疗效。结果：所有患者切口均一期愈合,随访时间10~18个月,平均随访11.3个月,ASES评分由术前53.33±5.35上升至术后81.40±3.92,差异有统计学意义（t=17.14,P〈0.001）,优良率达100%。结论：采用插入式锁骨钩钢板固定治疗肩锁关节脱位操作简单、固定可靠、成功率高,符合生物力学要求,术后功能康复快,远期疗效好,是一种值得推广的有效方法。
Objective： To observe the effect of clavicular hook plates in the treatment of dislocation of acromioclavicular joint.Methods： From Mar.2005 to Jun.2007,17 cases suffered from acromioclavicular dislocation（Tossy Ⅲ type）were operated by using AO clavicular hook plates.According to ASES＇s criterion,a retrospective analysis was done to evaluate the excellent and fine rates of the clinical outcomes.Results： The incision of all cases were primary healing.All cases were followed up for 10-18 months,mean follow up for 11.3 months.According to ASES＇s criterion,there was significant difference（t=17.14,P0.001）,between preoperation 53.33±5.35 and postoperation 81.40±3.92,and the excellent and fine rates of the clinical outcomes were 100%.Conclusion： The treatment of acromioclavicular joint dislocation with insertion clavicular hook plate displays advantages of easily operation,rigid fixation,high achievement ratio and early functional exercise,good late outcomes.It is worthy of recommending.
