摘要
数字孪生水利建设是新阶段水利高质量发展的重要实施路径和显著标志。数字孪生水利建设离不开水利数字安全的保障。在阐述数字孪生水利建设和水利数字安全相辅相成关系的基础上,提出以关键信息基础设施安全为重点完善水利网络安全综合防御体系,以水利数据分类分级保护为基础增强数据安全保障能力,从而构建可信可控的水利数字安全屏障,护航数字孪生水利全面发展。
Digital twin water conservancy construction is an important path and significant sign of high-quality development in the water resources sector.The digital twin water conservancy construction must be supported by water conservancy digital security.By elucidating the complementary relationship between digital twin water conservancy construction and water conservancy digital security,this paper proposes enhancing the comprehensive defense system of water conservancy network security with a focus on securing key information infrastructure,and suggests strengthening data security capabilities based on water conservancy data classification and protection,thereby constructing a trustworthy and controllable digital security barrier for water conservancy,to safeguard the comprehensive development of digital twin water conservancy.
